Community-owned property brings particular responsibilities with it. To ensure that the value of one’s individual property is preserved or can be developed, shared property (such as land, lobbies, corridors, stairways and other jointly used areas) must be looked after and managed. As a homeowner association manager, we offer:

  • Consultation with individual owners and the homeowners’ association
  • Organisation, implementation and documentation of owners’ meetings
  • Coordination of shared resolutions
  • Correspondence with individual owners
  • Elaboration and implementation of house rules
  • Permit management (sale of apartments, renting, commercial use)
  • Support regarding legal matters and disputes
    (WEG (property law), BGB (civil code), HGB (commercial code), ErbbaurechtsVO (leasehold ordinance), GrundbuchO (land register code), Zwangsversteigerungsgesetz (compulsory auction of immovable property act), Insolvenzordnung (insolvency code), nachbarschaftsrecht (neighbourhood law))
  • Correspondence, billing, consultation and meetings, if desired in technical English
  • Our own accounting and billing department
  • Recognised in-house software GFAD (with DATEV interfaces for the financial accounting of tax advisors)
  • Fully developed backup system with a mirror server and additional, regular manual backup
