A property’s physical structure is the foundation of its economic profitability. Effective and efficient technical property management is hence an essential value driver. According to the cost and complexity of structural requirements, we will also involve qualified architects from our cooperation network. We offer the following maintenance and modernisation services in close consultation with property owners:

  • Small and large repairs, maintenance and modernisation
  • Tender procedure
  • Bid evaluation
  • Supervision of job execution and approval of services rendered
  • Auditing and control of warranty claims
  • Continuous coordination of necessary security inspections (fire and lift safety, etc.)
