- Contract management (service, maintenance and insurance contracts)
- Processing of insurance cases
- Correspondence, billing, consultation and meetings, if desired in technical English
- Our own accounting and billing department
- Recognised in-house software GFAD (with DATEV interfaces for the financial accounting of tax advisors)
- Fully developed backup system with a mirror server and additional, regular manual backup
